Terms & Conditions
Please read and follow the following terms during your stay for a safe and pleasant experience.

Check-In
Check-in is available round the clock for the convenience of our guests.

Check-Out
Check-out time is within 24 hours of check-in or before 12:00 Noon, whichever is earlier.

Cancellation Policy
Guests are eligible for a full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in.

Extra Person
Foldable cots with cushions, pillows, and mats can be provided upon request for additional guests.

Strictly Prohibited
Smoking, consumption of non-vegetarian food, alcohol, drugs, and any prohibited substances are strictly forbidden inside the premises.

Caretaker Assistance
A caretaker is available during check-in, check-out, and for any emergency assistance throughout your stay.

Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings during their stay.

Save Electricity & Water
Please avoid unnecessary wastage of electricity and water whenever they are not in use.

Automatic Water Supply
The automatic water pumping system ensures an uninterrupted water supply without any manual operation.

Report Damages
Please inform the caretaker immediately about any accidental damages or breakages for prompt corrective action.

Keep Netted Doors Closed
The entire premises is protected with mosquito netting. Kindly keep all netted doors closed to prevent mosquitoes and insects from entering.

Use Dust Bins
Please use the dust bins provided in every room to help maintain cleanliness throughout the premises.

| 1 | A family means four members. Our Tariff is Rs.2800/- per day for a family of 4 members. A maximum of 6 additional members can be accommodated with proper cots and beds. Each additional member will be charged at Rs.300/- per day per member. Tariff options of Rs.1600/-, Rs.1800/-, Rs.2000/- are available. |
| 2 | 24-hour check-in. Check-out is 12 Noon or 24-hours whichever is earlier. |
| 3 | Bookings are to be done in advance and confirmation will be given based on availability |
| 4 | Every Additional hour of stay beyond the Check-out time will be charged at the rate of Rs.200/- per hour of extension. |
| 5 | On confirmation of your booking, the advance may be remitted via Google pay. |
| 6 | Cancellation can be done anytime prior to your checking in with Refund after deduction of Rs.500/- towards cancellation charges. |
| 7 | Vacating the premises may be intimated at least 2 hours in advance for any support. |
| 8 | Before you vacate, please enter your feedback and experience in the Visitors Register with your name, address, and contact details. |
