| 1 | All amenities provided may be handled with care. Any breakages or damages will be billed to the occupant |
| 2 | The UPS provides a backup for one hour. Hence, all the heavy loads such as Induction stoves, washing machines, and fridges should be switched off and the UPS may be switched on. The UPS Switch is provided in the First Room-at the Electrical Main Panel Board. Once the Main Power comes, the appliances can be switched on after turning the UPS Switch OFF (The Small White switch on the Electrical board on the veranda is the indicator…if the main power goes off, the red-light indicator also goes off. Once the power comes back, the indicator will glow red again) The water pumping systems are in auto mode but in the event of power shut down, the switch needs to be put on manual mode before switching on the UPS. |
| 3 | All Lights and fans may please be switched off if not in use |
| 4 | The kitchen has minimum provisions, which can be used for your own preparations. In case, you need specific provisions, please inform us before your arrival, and we can organize the same for you. |
| 5 | All kitchen utensils may please be cleaned and washed and put back in their respective place. |
| 6 | Hot Water and Cold-Water Taps are provided in the Kitchen and Bathrooms. Aqua-guard is also provided for clean Drinking water. |
| 7 | The Trashbag/waste can be handed over to the Corporation van which comes to collect garbage daily. In case, you have not been able to empty the same, the garbage bag may please be kept outside, opposite our home on the step before you vacate. |
| 8 | In case, you wish to order food, you can order from the neighboring caterer with the help of our Caretaker. |
| 9 | Non-vegetarian consumption/cooking is not permitted. |
| 10 | SMOKING AND CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL OR SUBSTANCE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. |
| 11 | The meditation hall is aesthetically done with traditional paintings. Occupants may please refrain from touching them. For Comfortable seating a 5-seater sofa is provided. A Bluetooth enabled Radio/Speaker is kept in the adjacent hall for playing music when linked to your mobile. |
| 12 | Occupants can perform their pooja if they wish to do so and take the flowers from the garden for the same. |
| 13 | The Entire Premises is Wifi Enabled. A booster is also provided in the Living Room for enhanced range. LAN cable is also provided. |
| 14 | The entire premise is eco-friendly and traditional. Occupants may please maintain the premises as-is and not tamper with the aesthetics. |
